Return & Refund Policy

Return policy is for ALL CUSTOMERS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Vault 55 accepts U.S. returns for a full refund on most items (see exceptions below) if the return is requested online through your Vault55.com account within 4 days of in-person purchase or delivery of an online order (as proven by the tracking number). Initial shipping costs (if any) are nonrefundable. A $30 fee per order applies (to help cover initial shipping costs by Vault 55).

  1. For all orders (online or in-store purchases), a return request must be submitted through your Vault 55 account within 4 days of delivery (as proven by the tracking number). Returns received without an approved return request will be rejected and sent back.
  2. The item must be shipped back to Vault 55 no later than 2 business days from when the prepaid return label was provided (as proven by the tracking number). The label will self void after 2 business days and cannot be used beyond that. Returns shipped after 3 business days will be rejected and sent back.
  3. Shipment fees (if any) from Vault 55 to the customer are nonrefundable; however, when returned online, a $30 fee will be deducted from the total refund for each return shipping label used.
  4. Only after receipt of the item/s returned and its proper inspection and validation (it is same item/s we shipped), you will receive a refund to your original payment method, regardless of reason, within 7 business days. Vault 5 LLC is not responsible for any loss until the item/s returned is received and inspected by Vault 55's team

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Any item that is marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for return. (This does not include full priced items that are discounted at checkout with a promo code).

Any item for which the condition states new, never used, pristine and/or mint is a FINAL SALE. FINAL SALE occurs when payment is made and processed by our credit card company or when a bank wire is received.

Any item purchased via Layaway is FINAL SALE  

Any bag care products, bag cleaning products are FINAL SALE.

Vault 55 LLC does not take returns on custom orders or items sourced on behalf of a client (or its agent) that were not in our inventory at the time the request was made.

 

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

1. Log in to your account:

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.

Returns from outside the United States are subject to custom charges and/or foreign exchange charges and these charges will be deducted from the refund.
